Mtimkulu Service Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a 100% Black-owned, family-run agricultural startup based in Matatiele, Eastern Cape. Our mission is to make fresh, affordable, and high-quality produce accessible to every household, school, and community programme in our region. By combining traditional farming wisdom with modern, sustainable methods, we aim to address food insecurity while creating employment opportunities and promoting self-reliance among local communities. Our foundation is built on commitment, integrity, and the belief that local solutions can drive lasting change.
Founded by Dickson Dondolo Mtimkulu, an experienced farmer with a passion for community development, and supported by Luthando Nqobile Mtimkulu and Bhongolethu Thandile Mtimkulu, our leadership reflects both experience and innovation. Every step of our growth — from installing boreholes to expanding vegetable and poultry production — has been driven by personal investment and a shared vision for sustainable progress. As we scale operations and prepare for our future retail expansion, we remain dedicated to one goal: empowering communities through food, jobs, and opportunity.
